Tokmok Water Project – PIU Support including Engineering, Design and Contracts Supervision, EBRD

Project Description: 

 General objectives of this subproject: (a) rehabilitation of the water supply system and repair of selected sections of the sewerage system; and (b) improvement of financial and operational management.

Scope of work: 

 Assistance to Vodokanal, and its Project Implementation Unit, in the implementation of all aspects of the project, including the development of technical design, technical specifications, preparation of tender documentation, bidding, evaluation of bids and contract conclusion, supervision over the execution of contracts, as well as in the implementation of the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) and installation of the payment system.
